Conference which was held in Albany, New York, in the dinner room of
the City Center. |

On hand was a great consortium
of political dignitaries and community leaders, centered on achieving
a plan for the new year in politics. Among them of course were
Hilary Clinton and Charles Schumer.

On March
26th, 2004, Mercy College hired the Latin Jazz Society Ensemble to
play at the Mandarin Oriental located on 60 Columbus circle,
overlooking Central Park South. |
Among the many politicians
that were in attendance, here Council Joel Rivera from the Bronx, is
pictured with Dr. Harvey Kaye, the Dean of Affairs for the newly built
Bronx Campus, and Maureen Osborne, from Dobbs Ferry.

Steve played a nice mix of Jazz,
Latin Jazz, Bossa nova, and Salsa for this prestigious event, which
also celebrated many of New York's leading educators and politicians. |

Many of the participants were treated to
an exclusive wine tasting session, while other pieces of art were
auctioned as a benefit to the college fund.
