Welcome to Steve Pouchie's Website!  We hope that you willfind it informative, as it is designed to introduce you to Steve's work in the field of music.  Founder of LatinJazzAlive.org he is very devoted to his diverse initiatives, not only in the field of music education but also as the Producer of the cable access show, "Latin Jazz - Alive n' Kickin."    Steve was awarded the NY Liberty Medal as Music Educator, in October of 2004 by Mayor Bloomberg and Commissioner Kelly.  He continues to teach Music and Technology in the schools of New York City, and also works to promote Latin jazz music via the website and cable show.
